We are delighted to welcome you to our home and do everything possible to ensure your stay is both pleasant and memorable. To preserve the atmosphere of the place and everyone’s comfort, please find below some important information.

Rates & Long Stay Benefits

• Nightly rate (tourist tax included) starting from €245/night
• Cost per person (based on 6 guests) from €41/night
• Dog fee (> 8kg): €25

• 1 to 5 nights: standard rate
• 6 to 9 nights: -2.5%
• 10 to 14 nights: -5%
• 15 nights or more: -10%

Payment Terms – Booking – Cancellation

Booking more than 30 days in advance:

• 100% full payment at booking, or
• Split payment: 50% at booking + 50% no later than 21 days before arrival
• If the balance is not paid by D-21, the booking is considered cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded

Cancellation:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. To remain fair to everyone, the following conditions apply for cancelations:

• Cancelation between 30 and 21 days prior to checkin: 50% of the total stay remains due
• Cancelation less than or equal 21 days prior to checkin: 100% of the stay is due

Booking less than 30 days in advance:

• 100% of the stay payable at booking

In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be granted.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €750 is required before arrival (pre-authorization or bank transfer). It will be refunded within 3 to 7 days after departure, provided everything is in perfect condition.
